Well, that was fast

So Thursday night recap:

Thursday goal: 5 minute warm up, 15 minutes of weights (legs, if I feel like it, if not then abs/arms), 30 minutes of cardio.
Thursday actual: 30 minutes of cardio.

Still no weights for time constraint/fear of cramping reasons. Also, because I was so lazy Wednesday night I failed to pack my workout clothes and take them with me into the car as I leave for work. This, combined with the fact that I was still pretty hungry at 5:00 p.m. (a problem solved by a cheesy baked potato) made for a late workout. As I still had to run to Meijer and do some laundry, weights were the first thing to go.

Goals for the weekend
1. Continue to drink water and make healthy eating choices
2. Work out at least one more time while Dan is at work
3. Get some healthy snacks to cart around with me.
